Since February 2003 Nicolas Cavassilas is Associate Professor of Physics at the Aix-Marseille University and at IM2NP. His research interest is in the modeling and simulation of interacting electronic transport (electron and hole) in nano-devices using the non-equilibrium Green’s function formalism. He is also the director of a Masters Program, entitled Micro and NanoElectronics, at Aix-Marseille University.
