The second physical GELATO meeting has been held in Tokyo the 26th and 27th of October 2023. Mr. T. Vezin, Dr. J. Toldo, Dr. R. Ferreira, Prof. Michelini, and Dr. M. Bescond specially came from France.
We deeply thank Prof. K. Hirakawa and Mrs. M. Nishikawa for the great organization!
